Mike Skolnick began his career as a custom home builder from 1984 to 1989. He works closely with the Director of Development Services of Rio Rancho and regularly attends City Council meetings. In 1983, Mike completed his first land assemblage by acquiring 19 homes on 10 acres.
He has also spearheaded the conversion of three different complexes into condominiums. In 2004, Mike assembled 152 acres in Rio Rancho in under six months. Throughout his career, he has completed land assemblages exceeding 600 acres for various developers, including both commercial and residential tracts.
